Contract term: 2years term with 2 months’ notice
仕事内容 1.Organize and control the kitchens, food preparation areas of the hotel.
2.Manages, supervises and controls all Food Preparation Operations.
3.Planning and implementation of creative menus for the entire restaurant.
4.Provide high quality Japanese cuisine meets hotel standard.
5.Provide session training to his staff related to the needs on an ongoing schedule.
6.Assure smooth operation in all aspects of the culinary operation including SFSMS.
7.Coordinates with Service, Stewarding and Events team to facilitate excellent. communication and ensure the realization of team established quality and service standards.
勤務地 201 Tun Hwa South Road, Section 2, Taipei Taiwan. R.O.C
勤務時間 Subject to the hotel roster.
応募資格 1.Minimum of 5 year experience in similar capacity and at least 2 years’ experience as Japanese Chef de Cuisine.
2.Good communication and management skill.
3.Experience working with a culturally diverse workforce.
4.Proven ability to develop/improve business.
5.Out-of-the-box Chef de Cuisine, should be able to create new concepts / implement new cuisines
6.Strong selling skills and able to adapt and adjust to local taste buds.
7.Excellent guest engagement skill.
8.Ability to lead, engage, and motivate team, detect talent and develop talent.
9.Displays initiative and creativity.
給与 Basic salary:US$6,000 & up per month
All taxes will be paid by the company.
Annual year end bonus.
試用期間 あり  3 Month
採用祝い金 なし
待遇 Accommodation: Single House
Medical insurance: Covered by group medical insurance policy.
Air tickets: Annual air tickets form point of hire after completion of 12 months service.
休日 Annual Leave: 20 days
Off day per month:8~10 days
